We offer 26 Stylish Apartments with options to suit your requirements. Queen Studios, Twin rooms, Superior Studios, Family Units, Two Bedroom Units.

All apartments have a kitchenette and to ensure your comfort units are double glazed and centrally heated. We offer free onsite parking, high speed Wi-Fi and Sky Television. Our team look forward to welcoming you and making your visit to Christchurch a pleasant and memorable one.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made before 48 hours of arrival are eligible for a full refund. Guests who cancel within 48 hours of arrival are only entitled to a 15%-20% refund regardless of how far out the check-in date is.

When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Payment at Check-In

A valid credit card will be requested from the occupant of the room when checking in. For travellers without a credit card, photo ID will be requested and full cash payment of accommodation plus a bond for incidental charges will be required at check-in. Bonds vary by hotel and length of stay.

Motel charges a transaction fee for credit card payments reflecting bank charges it incurs. Surcharges are applied to credit cards, Visa and MasterCard 2.5%, American Express 3%.

Cash or EFTPOS payments do not incur transaction fees. Guests may elect to change the method of payment to Cash or EFTPOS to avoid these fees.
